For Klinta's 7th birthday, Holly created a Moana themed cake complete with a sculpted Te Fiti, painted fondant figures of Maui and Moana, and even handmade leaves and flowers. Another delightful creation was Ava's Scooby Doo cake, featuring a funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream filling and a painted fondant Mystery Van topped off with Scooby himself. Zack's mom was also treated to a gorgeous garden cake, made with layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and covered in a lavender-tinted buttercream. The cake was adorned with beautiful piped flowers made of Italian meringue buttercream.
