All items are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Castiron and Castiron sellers are not responsible for packages damaged beyond our control, such as carrier delay, extreme temperatures outdoors or within carrier facilities. If there is an issue with your order, please contact the seller directly within 14 days of delivery via their website contact form. Each seller on Castiron manages their own orders, and handles issues with orders on a case-by-case basis.
