Welcome to Wild Rose Macarons! I'm Carolyn! I'm a wife and mom of two, a full-time Alaska Air Guardsman, outdoor adventurer, and self-taught macaron baker and enthusiast. Let me tell you, I completely understand what it means to be busy. Sit back and relax and let me make you some delicious macarons. Baking macarons is a passion of mine and I'd love to be able to share them with you, whether it is through my monthly subscription box or a custom order for your next event! A Rose by any other name...&nbsp;Thanks for your interest in Wild Rose Macarons! The Wild, Arctic, or Prickly Rose grows abundantly in Alaska, especially around my property in Chugiak. The inspiration for Wild Rose Macarons' name came not only from looking at these lovely little blooms all summer, but also from my Wild Child daughter, who shares the middle name Rose with me. Want to join the Monthly Macaron Club (MMC)?The MMC offers an assorted dozen macarons for $26 each month. No substitutions or special requests are available. Flavors are announced just prior to pick-up in my private FB Group (every month is a new surprise!) Shipping is not available and MMC subscriptions are only available for local pick. Just pick any date for the fulfillment Date and you will be added to the list for next month's subscription box. <ul><li>Invoices will be sent out on the 20th of the month prior. Please pay by the 27th to secure your order. Invoices will automatically be cancelled after the 27th and count as a skipped month. </li><li>Pick up dates are listed on the graphic for the rest of the year. Mondays and Tuesdays are for pick up in Chugiak, AK from 4-8pm. Wednesdays are TBD based on my other work schedule availability. I will post a poll each month in my VIP Facebook Group (and tag you) to confirm your pick-up date. Not on FB? Let me know and I can email you instead.</li><li>Need to skip a month? No problem, you can skip up to 2 months a year. After that your spot becomes available for someone else and I can add you to my waitlist. Pink Moose Confections is a local home food artisan based in Palmer, AK, owned by Rebekah Gross. Rebekah, also known as Bekah, is an Alaskan confectionist artist who is a self-taught baker. With a lifelong passion for baking, Bekah's journey began with her love for baking with her mom and grandma as a kid, and later exploring cake decorating while working at Cold Stone Creamery. After gaining experience and learning from different decorators, Bekah developed a passion for creating specialty cakes. She later expanded her skills to cookie-making, experimenting with royal icing cookies and honing her craft by watching and learning from other talented cookie-makers on Instagram. In 2018, Bekah founded Pink Moose Cakes, and in 2021, the business was rebranded to Pink Moose Confections to encompass all the delicious treats they offer. With a focus on cookies, Bekah's creations stand out for their vibrant colors, unique styles, and attention to detail. From custom fall cupcakes to beautifully decorated wedding cookies, Bekah's clients trust her creative freedom and exceptional artistic skills.
