Hi guys, I'm Alyssa- the face behind Bake My Day. Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but in May 2024, I officially turned my lifelong passion into a business. Every dessert that leaves my kitchen is made with the utmost attention to detail, love, and care — because I believe that every bite should be as beautiful as it is delicious. From custom cakes to gourmet cookies and cinnamon rolls, I pour my time, creativity, and heart into every single order.As a military family, we know all too well that moving across the country has become our "normal,” and with each move comes new opportunities to share my love for baking. Along the way, I’m joined by loving husband, Isaiah, and three sweet dogs. Goose, my Great Dane, Ducky, my Goldendoodle, and Aspen, my Silver Lab! Now, I’m thrilled to be growing Bake My Day from sunny California to the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska. I can’t wait to share my desserts with new customers, connect with my community, and continue turning life’s sweetest moments into unforgettable treats.

Tessla Durbin is a local home food artisan who specializes in baking sourdough bread out of her home kitchen. As a wife and mother of two, she started her sourdough baking journey some time ago and has grown to love it. Tessla is dedicated to providing homemade, healthy sourdough products to families in her community.

Recently, Tessla expressed her gratitude for sourdough allowing her to bake bread for her own family on a weekly basis. In fact, they haven't bought bread from a store since June. She believes in balance and aims to supply families with a variety of sourdough products, including cookies and cinnamon rolls. Tessla is committed to her small business dreams and is excited to share her passion for artisan bread with the community in Alaska, specifically in Wasilla, Palmer, and beyond.
