Made in small batches, a fresh and delicious cookie cake can feed your crowd without breaking the bank. You get more than a cookie, and more than a cake. About My Online Store:There are two main areas of my online store:<ul><li>Shop: Here is where you can purchase cookie cakes with a given theme, which is usually seasonal (Easter, Valentine’s, Mother’s/Father’s Day, etc). These will be changed out often. They are not highly personalized, but still some choices.</li><li>Custom: When you want to customize each detail of your cookie cake to fit your unique event.</li></ul>If you like a cookie cake in the “gallery” section, please go to the “custom order” section and drop the pic of it there within that section.Then, you can personalize and make any changes you need by answering the questions you’ll be prompted to answer. About your cookie cake:Your custom cookie cake will come in a sturdy box with a window. Current options for the cookie cake base are chocolate chip (classic, and by far the most popular), and M&amp;M). Currently, I offer these three sizes:<ul><li>12-inch circle "Party Size" (feeds 16 if cut into pizza shaped slices)</li><li>9-inch circle "Family Size" (feeds 8 if cut into pizza shaped slices)</li><li>6-inch circle "Sample" or "Gift" (feeds 2-4, depending upon appetite).</li></ul> In accordance with the cottage industry food law of Arkansas, a label on your box will include all of the required information, including ingredients used, date produced, and the following disclaimer: "This product was produced in a private residence that is exempt from licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens." About Delivery/Pickup:I will deliver free to anyone within a 10 mile radius of my home, or will meet you at a convenient spot. Cookie cakes cannot be shipped. About “Shay”:My dad called me “Shay” and since his passing, I sure miss hearing that. So, I incorporated my dad's nickname for me into my business name. I’ve been making cookie cakes for family and friends for many years. It was natural for me to build upon that base and make my cookie cakes even more special by adding custom iced sugar cookies to match any given theme. In addition to baking, I am a dyslexia therapist in a local school district. Therefore, my availability is a tad more limited during the school year. I make as many as I am able to handle, and I love making them! 12-inch Party Sized Custom Cookie Cake 

By demand! I am offering cookie sets for your special occasion. Cookie flavor will be vanilla, or vanilla almond (slight almond flavor, made with nut free flavor emulsion). Icing will be vanilla. One dozen (mixed sizes) of cookies start at $55 per dozen, and go up from there. 1 dozen minimum. You may add 1/2 dozen to this. Option to add on small, simply decorated mini cookies matching your theme ($20 for 12) Tier 2:<ul><li>4-5 colors. (example: white, pink, dark pink, green, blue, brown)</li><li>metallic accent (gold, silver)</li><li>Sizes will be a mix ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 inches, generally.</li><li>I work by the batch, and don't waste any dough. I will fill in with minis or more cookies until the dough/icing runs out, at no extra charge.</li><li>Simple florals</li><li>Lettering</li></ul>This is also a very cohesive look! Sets will be priced on level of intricacy, amount of lettering, florals, colors, etc. Within 24 hours of receiving your quote request, I will send you an invoice and you can choose to accept, deny, or alter it until we get you where you want it to be. Booking and Completion Times I typically book approximately 2 -4 weeks out. Cookies take 1-2 weeks to fully complete. Please make sure to submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance. 🥣&nbsp;Gluten-Free FriendlyI can bake your cookie cake base and sugar cookie toppers using gluten-free flour (King Arthur 1:1). These would be appropriate for someone with gluten sensitivities, but not a serious or life threatening gluten allergy (read below): <ul><li>Before baking for a GF order, I thoroughly wash anything which comes into contact with the dough (rolling pin, cookie cutter, spatula, etc.).</li><li>This reduces cross contamination as much as possible.</li><li> However, my kitchen is not a certified gluten free kitchen, and I do bake with wheat flour for the majority of my orders.</li><li>Even if I am very careful, cross contamination is possible. </li></ul> I will not be able to produce a mixed set of regular and GF products within the same order. It would be best if you ordered the entire set GF—it’s delicious for all! 😋 Allergen Information:<ul><li>I am conscientious about food allergies and dietary preferences and work to be as clear as possible about what is in my cookie or cookie cake base.</li></ul> For your information:<ul><li>Meringue powder (ingredient in royal icing for sugar cookies): what I use is produced in a nut free facility</li><li>Flavorings: the flavorings I use are free of nut and dairy allergens.</li></ul> 📧 I am an email away if you have any questions regarding any ingredient that I use.
