Custom & Holiday Sugar Cookies, owned by Michelle Ware, is a home-based bakery located in Prescott Valley, AZ. Michelle graduated from PHS and ASU, giving her an honorary Arizonan status and inspiring the business name. Michelle's passion for baking began after she completed her service in the USAF as a police officer and became a narcotic investigator. She attended culinary school for pâtisserie and worked as a cake artist in Scottsdale, where she fell in love with the art of sugar. In 2018, Devil's Food Cakery officially became a business. 

Although temporarily closed as of July 1, 2023, Michelle is still actively monitoring the account. She has limited custom orders since becoming a mother but continues to offer holiday cookies and cookie decorating classes. Michelle's love for teaching has led her to offer new classes every month. Customers have praised the quality of her classes, and Michelle is excited to bring them back even better in the future. While the reopening date is uncertain, Devil's Food Cakery will continue to share updates and remains grateful for the support from the community.
