If you need to cancel your order, please notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Pickup Policy: Timeliness is appreciated! Please arrive on time for your pickup, as I have other orders to fulfill. I will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. If you're running late, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may need to wait for the next pickup window. If you cannot make it to your pickup, please notify me 24 hours in advance. While I am open to discussing alternative arrangements, please remember that all orders are final, and refunds cannot be offered If you do not show up and I do not receive any communication from you, your order may be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Be sure to include the occasion or theme, your preferred color scheme, any special phrases, and double-check the spelling of names. If you have any inspirational pictures, feel free to send them my way. This form serves as an inquiry and does not guarantee a spot on my calendar. Your reservation will be confirmed only after you've paid a 50% retainer fee (for orders of 2 dozen or more) or in full. For orders of 2 dozen or less, full payment is required upfront. The remaining balance must be settled seven days before your pickup date, or there will be a delay. If payment is not completed, your order may be canceled, and the 50% retainer fee will be retained.
