She also embarked on cookie trials, learning that blueberry on matcha may not be the best combination visually but discovered a delightful combination of whole wheat flour and creamy lemon curd. Jane raves about the incredible taste of frozen lemon curd by the spoonful. For her matcha strawberry cookie, she is open to suggestions for decoration.
