Saura Kline, the October chef of the month, is the Executive Pastry Chef at the Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek. She discovered her passion for pastry after watching a baking show about cakes, and has since been dedicated to mastering the art of pastry. Slingerjl, the previous chef of the month, has competed with the USA Pastry Team in Chile, winning a silver medal in the Americas Continental Selection. She cherishes the guidance and mentorship she received from her first pastry instructor, Chef Craig Winter, and has had the opportunity to assist renowned pastry artists in various endeavors.
