Cakes &amp; Cupcakes: 	•	If not consumed immediately, cakes/cupcakes should be stored in their original box in the refrigerator.	•	Cakes/cupcakes should be removed from the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before the event to reach the ideal serving temperature.	•	Cakes/cupcakes should be displayed indoors in an air-conditioned room, no hotter than 70°F, to prevent melting.	•	Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or wrapped and frozen for longer storage.	•	A slice/dowel structure guide will be provided.
