Bursting with flavor this cake is a dream come true for those with gluten-free dietary restrictions while being incredibly aesthetically pleasing. This cake consist of two number/initial dacqouise cakes covered in florals (colors can vary depending on the floral selection available to me at the store that week), macarons, fresh fruit and chocolate. We can discuss what you have in mind for each cake indivually to suite your taste if you would like to consult with with me personally. I will try to decorate the cake based on your flavor selection so that the whole look is synonymous and beautiful for your special occasion. Both numbers are roughly 5' x 8' and serves about 12-15 people depending on how you cut it. Little B's Bakery is a local home food artisan located in Ellington, CT. Established in 2021 by Bethany, a licensed master social worker and momprenuer, Little B's Bakery specializes in custom sugar cookies. Bethany's passion for baking started in her childhood and grew during the COVID-19 pandemic when she discovered the art of royal icing sugar cookies. In March 2021, she officially opened her home bakery and has since enjoyed working with customers and learning from the cookie world. Little B's Bakery offers a variety of beautifully decorated cookies and loves creating personalized treats for special occasions like birthdays. 

Recently, Little B's Bakery posted about Johannah's first birthday celebration, showcasing the custom cookies made for the occasion. Bethany also introduced herself as the owner of Little B's Bakery, highlighting her love for baking, travel, and event decorating. She shared her journey from ordering DIY cookie kits during her high-risk pregnancy to starting her own bakery.
