This 1 on 1 class will include the following: <ul><li>Rolling/Cutting cookie dough</li><li>2/3 Icing consistencies</li><li>Outlining/flooding</li></ul> Having a 1:1 lesson will allow you to get the feel of creating cookie sets from start to finish. It's a lot more work than people think! Getting to work at your own pace, rather than a group setting, will help you bring your best skill set to the table as well as ask any questions along the way. Lessons generally last up to 1.5 hours. Once a lesson is requested, we can coordinate time and date that best fits both of our schedules. Lessons will also include recipes for royal icing and roll-out sugar cookie dough (not my personal cookie recipe).
