Welcome to Healthyish Bites, proudly serving the Broward, Miami and Palm Beach area! After a health scare a few years ago, a holistic nutritionist recommended several changes to my diet. However, no one is perfect and food is delicious! I learned that restrictive diets were hard to stick with long term and that's how my healthy-ish journey began. healthyish: having considerably healthy attributes, but not so strictly healthful as to compromise taste, texture, etc. After 10+ years of culinary experience and 3+ years of nutrition education+research.
