I was deathly allergic to eggs and dairy as a child and still struggle with food allergies today though they have changed. I understand how important avoiding cross contamination is and reading ingredient labels. Allergen free doesn't have to taste weird or have unrecognizable ingredients. Everything I make for you has none of the unnecessary colors and preservatives found in grocery store treats. No natural flavors or other ways to hide chemicals. No artificial flavors and no high fructose corn syrup. Just whole ingredients and made from scratch where possible. I make my own oat flour, marshmallows, espresso chips, cinnamon chips, butterscotch chips, toffee, and vanilla extract with high quality Madagascar vanilla beans among others.
