This hands-on class will cover all the basics, from feeding &amp; maintaining your own starter to mixing your dough, stretch &amp; folds, bulk fermentation, scoring your very own mini loaf and baking without a dutch oven.&nbsp;There will be hands on and observations, discussion, Q&amp;A, tastings, and lots of fun!You will leave this class with your own fed and active "Phoebe" starter, your bowl with dough that will finish fermenting in your home and then you'll shape, refrigerate and bake it.
