My story begins in the early part of 2018 before Covid. My Grandmother once told me she hated hot sauce. I had once made her the best Matzo balls she ever had by adding beer to the mix. So I informed her I would make her the best hot sauce too.Everything available had chemicals, gums, dyes, or flavoring's, this is where I learned Xanthan gum slows digestion and causes stomach diseases. So I was able to come up with a recipe as pure as Grandma to handle and still provide health benefits with red peppers, Prunes, and Tequila. Grandma Marsha passed away before she could try it. So I vowed to keep trying to perfect a hot sauce grandma would love. She's my motivation every day to make something special for her.This company is FUELED to bedifferent than everyone else and to lead the way as The World's most premier condiment producer. without the use of chemicals or gums.
