The date you are choosing is for the date you would like to pick up your order. If your desired date is not available, you have the option of ordering for an earlier date that is available and storing or freezing them until you need them. Keep in mind that these cookies are individually heat-sealed. THEY KEEP THEIR FRESHNESS FOR AT LEAST 1 WEEK AND UP TO 2 WEEKS AND WILL FREEZE VERY WELL, AND TASTE LIKE THEY WERE BAKED THAT DAY WHEN DEFROSTED PROPERLY.
