Founded by Piama Gilbert, a passionate bread maker (and eater!) with arctic Alaskan roots, WOB features densely seeded, slow fermented, whole grain loaves inspired by an ancient Scandinavian tradition.

Whole grain sandwich loaf

A crusty, hearty round loaf made with whole grain flour, soaked rolled oats and seeds and sweetened with honey. Whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, rye flour, rolled oats, 5 grain cereal (cracked rye, oats, barley), water, honey, salt, yeast.

Porridge boule 

Fresh berries, a dash of bourbon and the delicate, earthy sweetness of Madagascar vanilla beans, this jam is fan favorite. Pairs beautifully with all Wize Owl loaves. blackberries, sugar, bourbon, lemon juice, Madagascar vanilla beans.
