About the Baker

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Hannah, usually referred to as “mama”, as I am a stay at home mom to 4 beautiful kiddos. My husband and I moved from the Midwest to the Tampa Bay Area 6 years ago &amp; have loved making it our home. A few things about me: I love learning new skills, I’m a perfectionist and I love good food. Well, those 3 things really go together well to make custom cookies! I started making cookies for my children’s birthday parties, and loved each chance I got to develop the skill. I finally started selling them to friends at the end of last year before opening up Summer Kate Cookie Co in early 2024. The name comes from my two daughters (Sarah Kate &amp; Summer), who are always excited to helpme bake and learn from me. I have truly enjoyed getting to be a part of so many special occasions, and hope that I can make your next special event or gathering even more memorable with a delicious cookie.
