Welcome to Sinnamon Bun Bakery!Our baked goods are available for order on a first come first serve basis with local pickup in Titusville. We are located near the intersection of Knox McRae and S. About our menu and ordering process:Our specialties here at Sinnamon Bun Bakery are cinnamon rolls, cookies, scones, and other pastries. We also offer some gluten free friendly options and will have seasonal items available for a limited time. Menu options will change every once in awhile so if you don't see what you're looking for remember to check back in for an update. Everything is freshly baked the day of pickup so all items have to be pre-ordered to ensure freshness and availability. Thank you for your understanding and patience with this. Hi! My name is Tamara Georges and I am the owner of Sinnamon Bun Bakery. I have always loved to bake, and bringing people joy through my baking never gets old for me. Food is a great way to bring people together, and even people who wouldn't normally interact or have anything in common can appreciate food together. I'm hoping I can contribute a little to Brevard County and my community through my baked goods. As a home baker and stay at home mom my main goal is to serve the local community by offering treats that are not only delicious, but also made from high quality ingredients at an accessible price. I never use products in my food that are excessively processed, bleached, or that have unnecessary additives. Every recipe I use is tested extensively and made with care and precision so that I know I'm serving my customers the best products I can offer. My mom went to pastry arts school and taught me most of what I needed to know to start off my passion for baking, but I also practiced a lot on my 10 siblings over the years which gave me confidence as well as lots of honest feedback. ;) I learned more about the business side of things when I worked in a coffee shop bakery before I became a mother, and now I am learning even more by working independently with my own business. Behind The NameYou may be wondering, "why Sinnamon and not Cinnamon?"Good question! My maiden name is actually Tamara Sinnamon and it is a proud family name that I am excited to introduce to my customers. One of my uncles owned a little breakfast and lunch restaurant called The Sinnamon Shop and while he was battling stage 4 cancer he lived with my family so we could care for him. I learned a lot about baking and cooking from him during that time and for that I am very grateful. I have always wanted to keep his passion for food alive and I hope to do the name justice through my bakery.
