Our Story

At 350° Bake House &amp; Grill, we bring the heat to North Florida and South Georgia with the savory side of Southern comfort — all from a kitchen on wheels. Founded by a Southern woman raised on her family’s farm in Greenville, Florida, and led by a former Marine and retired firefighter, our story is rooted in heritage, hustle, and heart. We’re known for serving the best breakfast around in Tallahassee, featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, salmon croquettes, buttery quiche, warm cinnamon rolls, buttermilk pancakes, French toast and hearty breakfast bowls — all made fresh on-site. Our firehouse-themed menu includes gourmet smash burgers with rank-inspired names like the Probie, Captain, and Lieutenant — stacked with flavor and grilled to perfection.
