Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Swirl Artisan Sourdough

A naturally leavened sourdough made with 40% organic whole wheat flour and sweetened gently with local honey. This loaf balances nutty, earthy flavor with a soft, open crumb and golden crust—rustic enough for toast, refined enough for the table.
