My Story

Welcime to Rustic Rise! Some of you know me, some don’t… Thought it’d be friendly to introduce myself. I’m Cassy Barfield, owner of Rustic Rise Sourdough Microbakery.&nbsp;&nbsp;Together with my beau Corey,&nbsp;&nbsp;I am a&nbsp;&nbsp;cottage food operator (meaning my bakery is in my home kitchen), here in Chattanooga, TN. It’s a joy baking authentic, naturally leveaned sourdough, feeding my community real, nutritious bread and bringing value to the community.&nbsp;&nbsp;We provide fresh baked to order sourdough bread and products, deliver them to your door (at no additional cost) within the Greater Chattanooga TN area!&nbsp;&nbsp;
