The calendar below outlines our general availability and is reference only. More accurate availability is provided when submitting a request or at checkout. This calendar does not include wedding availability. A few things to note: Custom orders are typically booked out 3 to 4 weeks in advance. During holidays and busy seasons (wedding, graduation, etc.) we may book up faster than usual. When availble, last minute orders must be placed no later than Tuesday at noon for weekend pickups. Weddings are booked out 7 to 9 months in advance. We like to make sure all our wedding couples are given the time and attention needed to make sure their big day goes off without a hitch. Due to this, we limit the number of weddings we take each month and restrict last minute wedding requests. We appreciate your interest in booking with the Blue Umbrella.
