In August of 2020 I needed something (didn't we all?!). So, I began to brainstorm ideas. House renovations, nope - purchasing properties to manage, nope. Open a home bakery - YES!! I began some research on how to do this. I knew I wanted to keep baking (my family was O.V.E.R. all of my stuff!) I thought, well, why not start a little page on Facebook and let my friends &amp; family know this was in the works. I figured this would give me a little to do each month, keep dabbling with flour and sugar and fulfill my interest in learning more of this craft. Low and behold - here we are and Faithful Baking has just been more than could ever be imagined. Why "Faithful Baking"? Because I am faithful to Jesus Christ - because of Him I have a beautiful family (and countless other reasons, too many examples to list here). I am faithful that he really has a plan for us all - a plan to prosper us and not to harm us, a plan that gives us hope and a future (Jer. 29:11). If we listen closely, he will share this plan with us. Every day I practice listening - boy is that hard as I would love just to do my own thing. I currently specialize in custom ordered cakes, cupcakes and decorated sugar cookies. I am working to expand to more "every day" needs - think chocolate chip cookies and sourdough bread. Give me your theme or attach an image - I will print them right onto the marshmallows! They are priced at $2.50 each which gives them one full s'more (crackers, chocolate and customized marshmallow).

Welcome! If you have gotten this far, you are interested in taking a cookie decorating class - and that is super exciting - keep reading to find out more! This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experiences with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to win come the next holiday, this is the class for you! We will be doing a themed set that tastes amazing and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating! Currently this is being offered at a location provided by you! It can be your house, your church, a local coffee shop - you book it, invite friends and I do the rest!! I provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - I just need YOU! Gather up some friends/family/coworkers (minimum of 6). This class is good for ages 8+, but if you'd like to have the kiddos sit out this time, purchase an add-on kit! The kits are great for kids at home, plus - I'll send you the class PowerPoint so you can teach them yourself. I don't plan on bringing extra to class, so order ahead of time if you are interested. Please note: there will be NO baking at this class - you will receive cookies, royal icing and instruction on how to make your very own creation. Just bring yourself, an apron if you wish and a great attitude - cookies can be challenging, but they are fun with the right attitude! Following the class you will receive an email with recipes for both the sugar cookie and royal icing along with the PowerPoint used in class. Sold by the dozen and can be ready in as little as 48 hours. Enjoy this cookie with a large cup of hot coffee or cold milk, they are slightly larger than your average cookie! Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies have a golden exterior and a soft interior. Made with a medley of chocolate with a slight butterscotch taste, sure to please any crowd! Need them packaged separately? I can do that too - just select your preference in the option below.
