My Story

Hi, I'm Steve, the passionate pitmaster behind Stevie Ray's Smokin Treats. I have perfected these sauces and rubs over the last 15-20 years.&nbsp;My wife Stefani, came up with the Sweet &amp; Spicy Mustard, our&nbsp;son Devin invented the Sizzlin D's Fish Seasoning, our daughter in-law Abby designed the logo and all of our labels. The rest of our kids were our taste testers and pushed&nbsp;us to bring our products to you.&nbsp;With a commitment to quality, we dive heart-first into each step of the process, with the sauces, rubs, and seasoning mixes all being made from scratch, ensuring a truly unique flavor to all of our products. We are constantly experimenting with new recipes and techniques, and would love to hear feedback from our customers so we can continue to improve.

Air Fry Chicken Breast<ol><li>Cut chicken breast in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Pound out to even out thickness throughout</li><li>Salt &amp; Pepper both sides</li><li>Lightly dust with flour, pat onto breast to stick, repeat on both sides</li><li>Spread thin, even layer of Sweet &amp; Spicy Mustard with sauce brush</li><li>Sprinkle Panko crumbs evenly over breast</li><li>Flip over and repeat steps 4 &amp; 5</li><li>Air Fry at 400 for 8-9 mins each side</li></ol>Option to use 4 Scotch BBQ Sauce in place of Sweet &amp; Spicy Mustard Fish Tacos<ol><li>Mahi Mahi fillets (or any white fish)</li><li>Spread 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise on each fillet</li><li>Sprinkle with Sizzlin D’s Fish Seasoning. Enough to cover entire fillet.</li><li>Let marinate in refrigerator for 40 mins to 2 hours</li><li>Preheat grill or Blackstone to med-high heat. Brush grill or Blackstone with oil.
