Booked thru October is a local home food artisan based in Oak Lawn, IL. This Boy Mama of 4 is building her empire while being a full-time stay-at-home mom. Specializing as the Cookie Lady, she is self-taught and has been operating her business since 2018. However, she recently announced a temporary hiatus due to the arrival of her newborn son, Eric Ivan Almeralla Jr. Despite the mama life with a newborn being amazing, she assures her customers that she will be back soon with some killer Halloween designs and a thrilling announcement coming up.
