The Sweet Rondelly Story

Michael Horton is the founder of Sweet Rondelly's and is excited to share homemade recipes inspired by those learned from his grandma. The name "Sweet Rondelly" is inspired by a nickname for Rudella James, Michael's grandma. From a young age, he spent almost every weekend with her. Each time she went into the kitchen to bake, he would follow, watching and learning. His curious eyes absorbed every detail as she prepared tasty cakes, pies, cobblers, and cookies. These experiences are the foundation for his love of baking. His sweet memories of joy, laughter, and family fun return each time he recreates one of these cherished recipes. Welcome to The Whisk House LLCThis page is here to info all customers the best way to store cakes before and after events.As well as, the best way to cut and service your cake to guest to maximize your slices.Thank you for supporting my small business! 1. Pick up the cake from the bottom of the box &amp; keep your cake level at all times during storage and transport. 2. Store your cake in an air tight container, in the refrigerator. Keeping away from heat and moisture at all times. 3. Remove your cake from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving and allow to reach room temperature. 4. Display your cake on a sturdy cake stand, at least the same size of the cake board. 5. Remove all of the cake decorations before cutting and serving. 6. Store any left over cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume in 3-4 days.
