Ring Topper Cookie/Brownie Pull-a-Part Cakes

Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda, Cornstarch, Black Cocoa Powder, and either mini Milk Chocolate Chips or M&amp;Ms. For Treat Bags, each child will receive 2 cookies in a clear bag with a Halloween-themed "To/From" sticker. The "To" field will be optional as I know that teachers don't usually allow the "To" field to be filled in for logistical and time purposes. You will tell me the "From" name to write on the label.
