Bread Flour, Starter (wild yeast), Water, Olive Oil, Local Lard (John Brown Butchery), Honey, SaltApprox.: 300g/ dough ball, makes about an 11" pizza, comes frozen in container. To dethaw: Place in refrigerator overnight OR for a faster de-thaw, place on countertop for 2-3 hours before using. To bake: Heat a cast iron skillet on medium until hot. Shape dough &amp; place in pan. Top with toppings then bake in 450 degree preheated oven for around 20 minutes. When brown and crispy, broil for around 1-2 minutes until the toppings are cooked to your liking.
