My Story

Hi! I’m Stephanie, the owner and one woman show behind Bites Cookie Company. What started as baking pizzelles with my Bobchi growing up, became a true passion of mine, that I am excited to share with you all. Baking has always been a love of mine My inspiration for the name of the company came from my 2 year old son, Hudson, and how he has always expressed wanting “Mama Bites”. Bites Cookie Company pride ourselves in creating irresistibly delicious homemade cookies that bring comfort and joy.
