Payment:You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can order your cutters, sprinkles, food colors, and create the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too. Pick-up Dates and Times:Pick-up times are set upon ordering. If pick-up date is less than 7 days away, a rush fee will be added. Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up at at the agreed upon pick up time forfeits your order. If rescheduling is necessary, you need to reach out no later than 2 days prior to your schedule date. Order MinimumsA minimum of one dozen cookies with a maximum of 3 designs. Additional designs will result in an additional fee. Inspiration:Thank you for sending inspirational pictures! They are just that – inspiring. Your cookies may not be perfect replicas, I’ll try to keep it close. Product PhotographyColors and lighting in photos online may be slightly different than what you may receive. Cookies in photos may not be true to size. If you wish for your order to NOT be photographed, filmed, or posted on social media, you need to let me know when placing your order. After Pick-UpOnce you pick-up your order, what happens to your cookies is all on you! Keep them out of direct sunlight, out of the fridge and in a cool, dry area. RefundsDue to the time consuming, handcrafted nature of my products, I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges for orders. Refunds will only be issued for standard orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Rush orders may not be cancelled or refunded.
