So my garden had an abundance of jalapenos over the last couple of years that were taking up all sorts of space in my freezer. So what does one do?? Make Cowboy Candy, that's what! Round one turned out to have an excess of the sauce the peppers "candy" in so I decided to hand it off to my spice loving brother. He used it as a dip for chicken and promptly requested more of the sauce. And that, my friends is what we have here today! A variety of hot peppers diced up in a LOT of sauce for dipping your chicken, using as a marinade, schmeer for a burger... you choose! I'll be mixing it with some cream cheese and using it on crackers or a sandwich. Let me know how you decide to use this sweet heat sauce!

Great for a holiday cocktail or mocktail! This is also a delicious add-in to a pork marinade!

Riverwalk Winter Market

The first time I made this jelly I SO wanted to call it "Death Jelly"! I mean, it is made with Carolina Reapers but I was so pleasantly surprised! The sweetness of the jelly and the sweet peppers in the mix really tone down the heat on this one. With this jelly, you get to taste the actual flavor of the pepper without burning your tongue. Serve over cream cheese with some crackers, use it as a schmeer on a sandwich or dip your wantons in this delicious Sweet Reaper Jelly!

Sweet Reaper Jelly (4oz)

This gives me flashbacks to the Little House on the Prairie books! Maybe it will for you too! These are made with some peppercorns, sugar and jalapenos so there is a bit of sweet heat to them.

Watermelon Rind Pickles (Pint)

Named for my sweet friend Stephanie, who pitted a hundred+ peaches and cherries to make this jam and then chopped it all up into tiny bits after I said, "there is no way I can eat all this fruit! Want to make some jam??". Made with peaches, cherries and strawberries, this jam has a unique and delicious flavor profile!

No artificial flavoring here! Just pureed watermelon, fresh squeezed lemons and sugar! Add to your favorite sparkling water, plain water or ginger ale.** Pro Tip: My favorite way to drink this is with some sparkling water and one of my simple syrups.
