Hello! I'm Annie the baker and business owner of The Mindful Lark Bakery! 🙂 I bake gluten free, vegan baked goods in the beautiful Como Park neighborhood of St. Paul, MN, specializing in monthly Variety Boxes! I know how hard it is to find safe and delicious treats, not to mention options! That's why I focus on providing you with a Variety Box of monthly treats to help you enjoy and provide safe treats for the person in your life with unique dietary needs. I hope to help make your lives a little sweeter and a whole lot easier.
