Welcome to Sugar Therapy, Rochster Minnesota’s newest cottage bakery!&nbsp; Let me share a bit about the inspiration behind the name;&nbsp;I’m a fan of treats as a pick me up lol. My husband has/had a wonderful habit of surprising me with sweet treats whenever I was feeling down 😆.&nbsp; The idea of “Sugar Therapy” also resonates deeply with me during this time of life changes. After dedicating 18 years to my career as a nurse—an occupation I cherished—I faced health challenges that made it impossible for me to continue in that role. Leaving my dream job was devastating, and I needed a new outlet that would keep me engaged and provide a sense of purpose. Since I’ve always had a passion for baking and art, I decided to venture into the world of cottage baking.&nbsp; Baking has become my personal escape, a way to relieve stress and express my creativity through decorating. There’s something incredibly joyful about playing my favorite tunes while whipping up beautiful and delicious confections that are sure to bring smiles to others' faces. Dipped Oreos are an easy win to add to any gathering. I use the new Loaded Oreos so you get way more cookie than candy coating. (However, I can use any Oreos you like). They can be simple or highly customized, partially dipped leaving a chocolate free place for fingers or completely encased, or even on a stick (Minnie mouse heads are shown below using mini Oreos and double stuff Oreos) Different flavors are also available, just ask about seasonal/promotional availability (example: the Post Malone caramel Oreos are limited edition. Or some flavors may only be available during different holidays). Our adorable and yummy brunch box is the perfect hostess gift or treat to set out at a gathering. Maybe you’d like to take one into work with you? It includes 6 mini donuts, 6 cake pop balls in your flavor/design choice, and 3 large waffle sugar cookies. Displayed in a kraft gift box and wrapped with a velvet ribbon. The four options for cake ball design choice are:-white mini Bundt with chocolate flower (pictured)-brown hint cross buns (this coating is a combination of salted caramel and vanilla and pairs amazingly with the cinnamon roll cookie butter option) -white with various Easter chocolate decor pieces -white and or yellow to match a lemon theme.

Brunch Box 

These are a hybrid sugar cookie/waffle (eat dessert for breakfast!). They are a large thick cookie and may be purchased plain, with a glaze drizzle or dip, or with a cinnamon sugar blend on top (that’s my favorite). To note, only the ones with the glaze will be able to add sprinkles because they need that to adhere to the cookie. You can’t go wrong with whatever you choose!

Hello! Welcome to Bite Me Baked Goods, created and owned by me - Victoria Cliby. I was born and raised in a suburb outside of Chicago and for the past 25 years, I have lived in Rochester. Over the years, Minnesota has become home, and I want to bring some of my home to you.&nbsp; I love baking for my family and friends - treats are my love language. I’ve baked for every imaginable event - birthdays, first days of school, New Years, my dog Max’s birthday, you name it!&nbsp;About 7 years ago, I made my first cake pop and they’re now my favorite baked good to make.&nbsp;To me, they are the perfect treat; just the right size, individually wrapped, and so much sweetness in each bite. The great trifecta of cake, frosting and chocolate. After discovering how delicious the&nbsp;chocolate was, I began experimenting with other flavors! Vanilla, Strawberry, Mint…and many more to come, all equally yummy.&nbsp;With the encouragement of friends and family, I started Bite Me Baked Goods. We all agree that cake pops make people happy, and everyone deserves more happiness in their day! So share some pops and share the happiness!

Orders will be ready:6-24 pops........Three days after purchase24-60 pops......Five days after purchase60 or more.......Please submit quote request. Order pick/up and delivery:Once your order is placed we will come to a mutually agreed upon pick up time/date. In some cases delivery may be offered. Storage/Shelf Life:Cakepops can be stored at room temperature for 1 week, refrigerated for 2 weeks and frozen for 3 months. Avoid direct sunlight or areas of high humidity. All cake pops will come individually wrapped unless requested otherwise. Specialty packaging that allows your cake pops to be easily carried and beautifully displayed is available for purchase. Please note if display box is purchased cake pops will not be wrapped unless requested.
