My Pretzel-Making Story

Welcome to The Pretzel Post! My name is Nathan, and if you haven't guessed already—I love pretzels. My first memory with a pretzel goes back to a St. Louis Cardinals game. I remember it like it was yesterday: the warm, freshly baked pretzel paired with that irresistible nacho cheese. Ever since, whenever pretzels make an appearance on the menu, you can count on me ordering one. That passion led me on a two-year adventure of perfecting my homemade pretzel recipe. After hundreds upon thousands of batches, I’m proud to say I now make the best pretzels in Columbia, Missouri (at least, that's what my kids say!). I can’t wait to share my love of pretzels with you. Each one is handmade and twisted by yours truly, using only the finest, most authentic ingredients—ingredients that have been trusted by pretzel makers for over a thousand years.

<h2>Hi there! I'm Laura, your local cookie lady!</h2> I have always had a passion for baking, especially sugar cookies. Growing up, it was one of my favorite activities with my mom. Every Christmas, I would make tons and tons of cookies just to give away to friends and family. In early 2022, I fell down the royal icing cookie rabbit hole on Instagram. I fell in love and knew I had to give it a try! My family and coworkers were loving my obsession and encouraged me to start selling. In April 2022, I had my first pre-sale for Easter cookies, and then it just took off! Since then, I have started experimenting with new flavors, added new cookies to my menu, and met so really wonderful people along the way! I love creating custom designs for my customers! I especially love when they give me a theme or color-scheme, and just let me use my creativity to come up with something great! However, if you have more specific needs/wants, I can also accommodate those requests! I always strive to exceed expectations! I would love to create you some custom delicious treats for your next celebration!
