Greetings from Kansas City! I'm Meegan... a self-proclaimed foodie, travel enthusiast, professional bakerand founder of Zest Gluten Free Bakery. From childhood to present day, baking has continually been a huge part of my life and always brought me such joy. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease 12+ years ago, I turned my passion for baking into a quest to make the BEST gluten free baked goods available. And I have succeeded! I also&nbsp;understand the challenges of finding delicious treats for specific dietary needs, like dairy-free, soy-free and vegan. Welcome to RachyBakes! I'm Rachael, proudly serving customers in the Kansas City area. Since I was a little girl, I've loved baking and spreading happiness to friends and family through desserts. As I've gotten older, and my baking has improved I've had many people tell me I should be selling these goods to continue to spread joy to others. This was the beginning of a journey that has taken me months of research and sleepless nights to bring to life.
