Welcome to Casey Bakes! I'm Amie Casey, proudly serving customers in the Republic/Springfield area. I am a Stay-At-Home-Mimi, I watch several of my Grandchildren Mon-Fri and bake in my spare time. I have always enjoyed baking and finally have a kitchen worth doing it in. I have been baking for my family and friends and wanted a way to help recover some of the expenses and everyone kept asking for a way to order, so here it is. I love trying out new recipes and new combinations so I will always be adding more things in the future. Sourdough Loaf with Inclusions

These are a great way to try different variations, send to a friend, cheer up the office, savor each one yourself, or whatever you choose. Mini Sourdough Loaf 4 Pack

Similar to a pop tart but homemade with Sourdough and the fillings Used are Bonne Maman Preserves or local from Murphy Orchards. These are not all uniform in shape and size but I do my best. They are very tasty and can easily be warmed up 350 for 2-3min (we use the air fryer to quickly heat them). These will stay fresh in an airtight container for 3 days on the counter and one week in the fridge, but they never last that long.
