Please read the Terms &amp; Conditions prior to placing your order. By submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions. PLACING AN ORDER: Orders should be placed a minimum of 4 days in advance. Please include all relevant information when placing your order (flavors, colors, inspiration photos, etc.) CHANGES TO AN ORDER: I will try to accommodate any changes made to your order, but please note that if it is extra or different decor that needs to be ordered, I may not be able to accommodate depending on when you make the changes and what shipping time will be.<ul><li>Changes are subject to additional fees due to extra (or different) ingredients and/or supplies needed.</li><li>Changes MAY NOT be made less than 7 days prior to order date.</li><li>Changes will only be accepted from the person who originally placed the order.</li></ul> DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:<ul><li>FOR CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS ONLY: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due 10 days prior to delivery day. I only accept payments via credit/debit card.&nbsp;Processing fees apply.</li><li>Deposit and Final Payment due dates will be listed on your invoice.</li><li>Your order is NOT booked until your deposit is paid.</li><li>Your order will NOT be prepared until Final Payment has been received. If you have not paid your invoice up to 4 days prior to delivery day, your order will be cancelled without refund.</li><li>FOR INSTANT CHECKOUT ORDERS ONLY: If placing an instant checkout order from the shop, payments are due at checkout and are only accepted via Credit/Debit card. Processing fees apply.</li></ul> REFUNDS: Refunds may be issued up to 50% of your order total at my discretion.Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:<ul><li>Subjective taste preference.</li><li>Failure to follow the cake care instructions.</li><li>Providing incorrect information, including but not limited to flavor, size, design, date/time, delivery address, etc.</li><li>Cancellations outside of the specified cancellation windows:</li></ul> CANCELLATIONS: Must be made at least 7 days prior to delivery date to qualify for a partial refund. Refunds or cancellations will be processed as follows:<ul><li>7+ days prior to delivery day: 50% refund of the order total.</li><li>4+ days prior to delivery day: 25% refund of the order total.</li><li>3 days or less: No refund will be issued.</li></ul> DELIVERY AND DELIVERY FEES:<ul><li>I am a mom and work a full time job Monday-Friday, my baking and delivery availability is limited to evenings and weekends. For weekday events, please prepare for your order to be delivered the evening before, between 5:30pm-7pm.</li><li>Someone must be present at the agreed upon delivery time, whether it is a home or a venue.</li><li>Delivery is free within 10 miles of my location. For distances beyond 10 miles, a fee of $0.50 per mile will apply.</li></ul> CAKE CARE:<ul><li>Once I have delivered your order, I am no longer responsible for the items, and am not liable for any damages incurred after delivery. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your items.</li><li>If you are traveling with a cake of any size, the safest place is on the floor board. Do not place it on your lap or in the seat, as this could cause the cake to slide and/or collapse.</li><li>When carrying your cake, always support it from the bottom with both hands and keep it level; avoid tilting the cake.</li><li>Keep the cake in a cool/ room temp (72 degrees or cooler) area out of direct sun and away from heat.</li><li>You may keep your cake in the refrigerator, and pull it out 1-2 hours before your event. Cakes with fruit fillings/toppings must stay refrigerated until ready to serve.</li><li>If your event is outside, you can keep the cake in the refrigerator until the time of the event. This will help keep the cake from melting as much as possible, especially on warmer days.</li></ul> PRESALES: All presales require payment in full at the time of order. Presales are first come first serve with limited spots available. If you fail to pay your invoice, your order will be cancelled. FOOD ALLERGENS:<ul><li>I make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that my products do not contain or come into contact with food allergens. I have processes in place to prevent cross-contact, but there is a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.</li></ul> PHOTOS: I reserve the right to photograph and/or video record any and all products for use on my social media accounts. RENTALS<ul><li>All rentals must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.</li><li>Rentals are to be returned no later than 7pm on the day of your event. For evening events, rentals must be returned by 9am the following morning.</li></ul>
