Please include all relevant information when placing your order (flavors, colors, inspiration photos, etc.)</li></ul> CHANGES TO AN ORDER: I will try to accommodate any changes made to your order, but please note that if it is extra, or different, decor that needs to be ordered, I may not be able to accommodate depending on when you make the changes and what shipping time will be.<ul><li>Changes are subject to additional fees due to extra (or different) ingredients and/or supplies needed.</li><li>Changes MAY NOT be made less than 7 days prior to order date.</li><li>Changes will only be accepted from the person who originally placed the order.</li></ul> DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:<ul><li>FOR CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS ONLY: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of booking. The remainder is due 7 days prior to delivery day. I can accept payments via Credit/Debit card and some payments that are linked to your mobile wallet. Processing fees apply.</li><li>Deposit and Final Payment due dates will be listed on your invoice.</li><li>Your order is NOT booked until your deposit is paid.</li><li>Your order will NOT be prepared until Final Payment has been received. If you have a weekday event that you need an order ready by, please prepare for your order to be delivered the evening before, between the hours of 5:30pm-7pm.</li><li>There must be someone present at the time of delivery, whether it is a home or a venue, at the agreed upon delivery time.</li><li>I will deliver your order to you for free, up to 10 miles. Delivery Fees are as follows:</li><li>0-10 Miles: FREE</li><li>11-20 Miles: $10</li><li>21-30 Miles: $15</li><li>31-40 Miles: $20</li><li>41+ Miles: $25</li></ul> CAKE CARE:<ul><li>Once I have delivered your order, I am no longer responsible for the items, and am not liable for any damages incurred after delivery. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your items.</li><li>If you are traveling with a cake of any size, the safest place is on the floor board. Do not place it on your lap or in the seat, as this could cause the cake to slide and/or collapse.</li><li>Keep the cake in a cool/ room temp (72 degrees or cooler) area out of direct sun and away from heat.</li><li>You may keep your cake in the refrigerator, and pull it out 1-2 hours before your event.</li><li>If your event is outside, you can keep the cake in the refrigerator until the time of the event. This will help keep the cake from melting as much as possible, especially on warmer days.</li></ul> PRESALES: All presales require payment in full at the time of order. Presales are first come first serve with limited spots available. If you fail to pay your invoice, your order will be cancelled. FOOD ALLERGENS:<ul><li>I make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that my products do not contain or come into contact with food allergens. I have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact, but there is a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.</li></ul> PHOTOS: I reserve the right to photograph and/or video record any and all products for use on my social media accounts. RENTALS<ul><li>The rental must be returned in the same condition you received it in.</li></ul>Rentals should be returned no later than 7pm on the day of your event. If your event is in the evening, it must be returned by 9am the following morning.
