Please read the Terms &amp; Conditions prior to placing your order. By submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions. PLACING AN ORDER•&nbsp;Orders should be placed a minimum of 7&nbsp;days in advance. Please include all relevant information when placing your order (flavors, colors, inspiration photos, etc.). DESIGN VARIATIONS•&nbsp;While I strive for accurate color and design matching, slight variations may occur. CHANGES TO AN ORDER•&nbsp;I will do my best to accommodate any changes made to your order, but please note that if it is extra or different decor that needs to be ordered, I may not be able to accommodate depending on when you make the changes and what shipping time will be.•&nbsp;Changes are subject to additional fees due to extra (or different) ingredients and/or supplies needed.•&nbsp;Changes cannot&nbsp;be made less than 7 days prior to the pickup/delivery date.•&nbsp;Changes will only be accepted from the person who originally placed the order. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:•&nbsp;CUSTOM ORDERS: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to pickup/delivery day. Payments are accepted via credit/debit card&nbsp;only. Processing fees apply.•&nbsp;Payments for orders placed 10 days or less in advance will be due at the time of order.•&nbsp;Deposit and Final Payment due dates will be listed on your invoice.•&nbsp;Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.•&nbsp;Your order will not be prepared until final payment has been received. If the balance is not paid by&nbsp;4 days prior to pickup/delivery day, your order will be cancelled without refund.•&nbsp;INSTANT CHECKOUT ORDERS: If placing an instant checkout order from the shop, payments are due at checkout and are accepted via Credit/Debit card&nbsp;only. Processing fees apply. REFUNDS•&nbsp;Refunds may be issued up to 50% of your order total at my discretion.•&nbsp;Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons, including but not limited to:•&nbsp;Subjective taste preference.•&nbsp;Failure to follow the cake care instructions.•&nbsp;Providing incorrect information, including but not limited to flavor, size, design, date/time, delivery address, etc.•&nbsp;Cancellations outside of the specified cancellation windows. CANCELLATIONS•&nbsp;Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to delivery date to qualify for a partial refund. Refunds or cancellations will be processed as follows:•&nbsp;7+ days prior to pickup/delivery day: 50% refund of the order total.•&nbsp;4+ days prior to pickup/delivery day: 25% refund of the order total.•&nbsp;3 days or less: No refund will be issued. DELIVERY&nbsp;&amp; SET UP•&nbsp;My baking and delivery availability is limited to evenings and weekends&nbsp;due to my full time job. For weekday events, please prepare for your order to be picked up or delivered the evening before, between 5pm-7pm.•&nbsp;Someone must be present at the agreed upon delivery time, whether it is a home or a venue.•&nbsp;Specific conditions such as parking or venue restrictions must be disclosed before delivery. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to deliver.•&nbsp;If parking permits or other fees are required to deliver, they must be disclosed and pre-paid by the customer.•&nbsp;Delivery is free within 10 miles of my location. For distances beyond 10 miles, a fee of $0.60 per mile will apply.•&nbsp;I will wait 15 minutes past our arranged pickup or delivery time. After 15 minutes, it is your responsibility to arrange a new pickup time to collect your order. Please note that rescheduled pickups are dependent on my availability and may not be same day.•&nbsp;Set up at the time of delivery is available for an additional fee of $25. This includes arranging cakes and desserts on customer-provided stands or tables. Adequate table space must be provided for set up.•&nbsp;For outdoor events, a shaded or covered area must be available to protect the desserts from heat and direct sunlight.•&nbsp;If conditions are unsuitable for setup, I reserve the right to decline the setup, and the fee will not be refunded. I will communicate any concerns about the setup conditions upon arrival. CAKE CARE•&nbsp;Once you have received&nbsp;your order, I am no longer responsible for the item(s), and am not liable for any damages incurred after receipt of your order. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your item(s).•&nbsp;When transporting a cake, place it flat on the floorboard - do not hold it on your lap or in the car seat.•&nbsp;Always support your cake from the bottom with both hands and keep it level; avoid tilting the cake.•&nbsp;Store&nbsp;in a cool/ room temp (72 degrees or cooler) area out of direct sun and away from heat.•&nbsp;You may keep your cake in the refrigerator, and pull it out 1-2 hours before your event.•&nbsp;Refrigerate cakes with fruit fillings/toppings until ready to serve.•&nbsp;For outdoor events, keep your cake in the refrigerator until the time of the event. This will help keep the cake from melting as much as possible, especially on warmer days.•&nbsp;Remove all inedible decor and supports prior to serving. (Dowels, toppers, flowers, etc.) PRESALES•&nbsp;All presales require payment in full at the time of order. Presales are first come first serve with limited spots available. If you fail to pay your invoice, your order will be cancelled. FOOD ALLERGENS:•&nbsp;I make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that my products do not contain or come into contact with food allergens. Although I take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.&nbsp;Customers with severe allergies should take this into consideration before ordering. PHOTOS•&nbsp;I reserve the right to photograph and/or video record any and all products for use on my social media accounts. RENTALS•&nbsp;Rentals are available for $10 per piece, or $50 for the full set of 7 pieces, which include:•&nbsp;(1) Cake Stand•&nbsp;(2) 3-Tier Dessert Stands•&nbsp;(4) Dessert Trays•&nbsp;50% of the rental fee is refundable upon return of the items, provided the following conditions are met:•&nbsp;All rentals must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.&nbsp;Any broken, dented, or otherwise damaged items will forfeit the refundable portion of your rental fee.<ul><li>•&nbsp;Rentals are to be returned no later than 7pm on the day of your event. For evening events, rentals must be returned by 9am the following morning.&nbsp;Late or non-returned items will forfeit the refundable portion of your rental fee.</li></ul>
