Our Cookie Story

Welcome to our little corner of the cookie world! We got started with a silly mom/daughter conversation about what kind of business each of us would choose if we ever had the chance. I said I've always wanted a Cookie business, and she responded with, "Why don't you do it?" I gave her several adult excuses about time and money. Later that week, we were visiting with our friend at Thistlebrook Farm in Gibsonville. She suggested - very wisely - that we start small with a booth at the farmers market. By the time we arrived home that afternoon, we had decided to get started. Four months later, Two Ten Shortbread Cookie Company, LLC was officially registered with the state of North Carolina. Now, we are business partners and enjoying every minute of it!
