My Story

Welcome to Sierra Sunrise Goods, a locally owned cottage bakery in Albuquerque, NM specializing in gluten free, vegan, and top 9 allergen free baked goods! My name is Sierra, I'm a single mama to three young special needs kids and I started this bakery because I got tired of getting upcharged for flavor downgrades just to have something safe for my family to enjoy. I have been baking and selling gluten free, vegan, top 9 allergen free biscochitos for the past 8 years! From Christmastime to weddings, I've done a range of seasons and events. I have also developed more great recipes that I'm always looking to improve and share with the world. Classics like chocolate chip cookies, fun summer treats like lemon bars, and comforting sweets like pumpkin loaves--everything gluten free, vegan, and top 9 allergen free! If I ever use an ingredient like coconut oil, I will always make sure to label it clearly even though it's highly refined. My goal as an allergen free baker is to make something where that first bite is met with "are you sure this is safe??" If you are allergen free eating, you know how there's a certain taste to alternative foods, and my goal is to make my baked goods taste just as good as the regular, if not better! I am food safe certified, allergen safe certified, and am always willing to talk to you about any additional allergies or dietary needs you may have and I will do my best to accommodate what I can! I am personally experienced in allergies, food intolerances, autoimmune, MCAS, and other chronic health issues that depend on diet and want to make sure everyone is included in the sweet things of life. I do my best to make sure I get as many locally sourced, pesticide free ingredients as I can, and I love to work with local farmers! If you have a favorite recipe from before your diet had to change, let me know and I can try to work with it to make it something incredible for you again!
