Great Exbaketations Bakery LLC, founded by Cheyenne Simmons, is a local home food artisan that specializes in Booze-Infused cakes in the Capital Region. Located in Albany, NY, they offer both local pickup and shipping to the 48 contiguous states. With the aim of supporting important causes, Great Exbaketations Bakery has recently announced the return of their popular Protest Piña Cake for the 4th year. Customers can preorder the cake from October 9th to October 27th, with 50% of the proceeds going to The Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to freeing the innocent and creating equitable systems of justice. Additionally, Great Exbaketations Bakery can be found at the Delmar Farmers Market, offering a variety of delicious treats like Canela (cider donut) cake, Spiced Rum Cake, and Vanilla cupcakes with maple buttercream.
