Hi, my name is Cherie…I run a registered cottage home kitchen in upstate New York. My goal is to give you a moment that makes you say “Wow this is so delicious” and to enjoy with satisfaction! I have been baking and creating since childhood. I truly find contentment while creating in the kitchen.Not all products are listed at all times. So, check back often to see what I’m baking up. If you are looking for something that is not posted in the shop, contact me and I will add it in when possible or have you order on another form.I have a certificate in food safety and sanitation and practice with strict safety measures. Although some of my products do not contain allergens, and the equipment used is cleaned and sanitized after each use I also process using peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, etc. so I make no claims of any of my products being allergen free.

Biscotti are crisp oblong twice-baked cookies, made originally in Italy. Unlike the classic biscotti mine are not quite as hard or dry and more of a cookie like consistency. They are delicious eaten dry and even more delicious dipped in hot coffee, tea or milk. Each cookie is loaded with bits of dried fruit, chips, or nuts for a wonderfully scrumptious experience.&nbsp; Two dozen in an order.

Italian biscotti 

These amaretti cookies are not the classic light airy crunchy cookie You may have had before. These cookies are slightly crisp on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. They are reminiscent of a marzipan like cookie. Wonderful almond flavor.&nbsp;&nbsp;Slightly addictive, it’s hard not to eat more than one. Two dozen in an order.
