Our Story

Next Dimension Bakery was founded back in 2014 out of our home. We gained a following and had a storefront in Forest Grove for about 3 years. We decided to go back to working out of our home as an Oregon Cottage Bakery when we moved just down the road to Banks. We want to keep our overhead costs low and have direct contact with every baked item that leaves our hands. Staying small allows that. Dual Veteran Owned &amp; Operated.Family Owned &amp; Operated. We are registered, insured, and have our food handlers certification.

Our 'no fondant' chocolate blend covering is made of our thin layer blend of rolled chocolate. We only use&nbsp;American style cake &amp; American buttercream&nbsp;in the layers.&nbsp;Whipped cream base.&nbsp;Filling is optional but included in our pricing. All of our wedding cakes are 4 layers high. Optional additional decor&nbsp;is made out of our same blend chocolate, krispie treats, sugar sheets, sugar flowers, etc. There is always the option of adding your client provided fresh or faux florals, toppers, etc. We allow&nbsp;one flavor pairing (cake, frosting (buttercream), and optional filling) per cake tier.&nbsp; Tiered cakes consist of single cakes of different sizes stacked on top of each other.One round cake is a single cake, 4 layers high.​Layers are what make up the inside of each tier (cake, frosting (buttercream), and an&nbsp;optional&nbsp;filling).
