Who doesn't love a warm cinnamon roll? Treat yourself to a pan of homemade cinnamon rolls, swirled with cinnamon and topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting. Making cinnamon rolls is time consuming so please contact me to schedule a good pickup time! These cinnamon rolls reheat well in the microwave and are perfect for Christmas morning. They store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

My Story

Welcome to Birdsong Bakery! I'm Ashley, happily serving home baked bread and deserts for friends and family in the Canby area. I've always loved eating bread (sometimes more than the main meal!) so I starting learning how to bake in early 2023. I've made white bread, naan, focaccia, English muffins, soft pretzels, pretzel bites, dinner rolls, bagels, and scones. My husband loves desert, so I've learned how to make sugar cookies, cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, muffins, cupcakes, angel food cake, and mixed berry cobbler. Cinnamon Rolls

Scones (similar to biscuits but more dense and less butter) can be either savory or sweet depending on the ingredients mixed into the dough. Currently I offer Cheddar Scallion Scones and Jalapeño Cheddar Scones. Scones are great dipped in soup or ramen on a cold day but can also be eaten on their own as a snack!

Focaccia is a bubbly, fluffy bread with a crispy golden crust, that is great dipped in soup or made into sandwiches. There are many varieties of focaccia, but currently I offer Classic and Pesto versions. I season it with rosemary, thyme, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes. It takes an average of 2 - 3 days to make, so be sure to factor that into your requested order fulfillment date! Focaccia should be stored in an airtight bag/container at room temp for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months. If you'd like to eat it warm with a crunchier crust, put it in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes.

Who doesn't love soft pretzels? When paired with beer cheese or mustard, these pretzels shine. Pretzels are boiled (just like bagels!) which gives them a chewier exterior while keeping the insides soft! Topped with a light sprinkling of coarse sea salt, these pretzels are perfect as a snack or for a party. When stored at room temp, pretzels can last up to 3 days though they lose their softness over time. Reheat them in the microwave for a few seconds or bake at 350F for 5 min.

Soft and tangy, my snickerdoodles are full of cinnamon goodness. They keep fresh for about a week in an airtight container. These cookies can also be frozen to enjoy anytime.

Dinner rolls - super yummy and versatile depending on the occasion. My homemade dinner rolls are made with bread flour which makes them soft and fluffy with a slightly chewier texture than rolls made with all purpose flour. If you enjoy the fresh dinner rolls at Costco, then you'll enjoy these too! These rolls are perfect warmed up in the microwave as needed. When stored in an airtight container, they keep fresh for 2 - 3 days at room temp and up to 1 week in the fridge.

Dinner Rolls

These sweet treats feature two fluffy, cocoa-infused mini cake rounds hugging a layer of vanilla marshmallow cream filling. They practically melt in your mouth! Perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings, each bite will have you saying "whoopie!".

Whoopie Pies

Pretzel bites -- salty, fluffy, soft pretzel nuggets! Super yummy when paired with beer cheese or mustard. Each bagel is lovingly hand-rolled, boiled, and baked, offering a delightfully chewy texture and rich flavor in every bite. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, these bagels can be customized with many toppings. My favorite is either toasted with cream cheese or as a toasted turkey sandwich in the toaster oven.
