My Love for sourdough started in 2017. It takes time and practice to make a good loaf of sourdough. But six years later I'm finally content. What started as a hobby with many errors along the way, is now one of my favorite past-times. I've learned that two ingredients in bread which don't get discussed enough are time and temperature. Salt is also important too, forget the salt, and your bread tastes like chalk...even the seagulls won't eat it. Follow your dreams as happiness often times follows the road less-traveled. Orders close by Sunday night at midnight with the exceptions of holidays or vacation. Fresh baked bread is prepared weekly. The starter is meticulously fed and maintained for a slow fermentation process. Harry selects high quality natural ingredients like unbleached and unbromated flour with a higher protein content made from hard red spring wheat. Harry's bread has a crispy yet chewy shell with a creamy and decadent filling. In addition to plain and sesame seed topped sourdough, specialty breads are baked every couple of weeks.
