Ordering <ul><li>Orders should be placed at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Larger or more detailed cakes may require additional notice.</li><li>Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on my schedule, but availability is not guaranteed.</li></ul> Deposits &amp; Payments <ul><li>A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order, your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.</li><li>Deposits must be paid electronically (Venmo, Cashapp, ApplePay- no cash accepted).</li><li>The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.</li></ul>*(Accepted payment methods for final balance include Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay, cash or check.) Cancellations &amp; Refunds <ul><li>Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.</li><li>If an order is canceled at least 7 days in advance, any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refunded or applied as credit toward a future order.</li><li>Orders canceled with fewer than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.</li></ul> Allergies &amp; Dietary Needs <ul><li>All cakes are prepared in my home kitchen, where common allergens (such as nuts, dairy, and gluten) are present.</li><li>While I can sometimes accommodate requests for nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free cakes, I cannot guarantee that any product will be completely allergen-free.</li></ul> Pickups &amp; Cake Care <ul><li>Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be honored to ensure your cake is fresh and ready.</li><li>Once a cake has left my kitchen, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur during handling or transport.</li><li>Cakes should always be transported on a flat surface (such as the floor or trunk of your car, not a seat).</li><li>Buttercream cakes should be kept cool until serving. For the best flavor and texture, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.</li></ul> Designs &amp; Inspiration <ul><li>Inspiration photos are always welcome, but I do not copy other bakers’ work exactly. Each cake is a unique design created in my style.</li><li>Please note that colors may vary slightly due to food coloring, lighting, and screen differences.</li></ul> Photography &amp; Social Media <ul><li>I reserve the right to photograph your cake and share it on my website or social media platforms. If your event is a surprise, please let me know and I’ll hold off posting until after the celebration.</li></ul>
