A Bouquet of Flours

My name is Maria Rita and I'm the baker behind A Bouquet of Flours! Starting out as a passion project in college, ABOF is inspired by my Brazilian-American background. From classic American cinnamon rolls to doce de leite-stuffed snickerdoodles, I experiment with recipes that highlight the desserts I’ve grown up loving, both from inside and outside my home. A Bouquet of Flours strikes the perfect balance between sweet and fresh. Every bite features traditional Brazilian dessert ingredients, sharing a taste of home and the cultural blend that inspires it.
