Welcome to MonBon Delight, your go-to destination for shokupan and sando delights in San Antonio, TX. Owned by passionate food enthusiast Monica Meneses, our aim is to provide you with the highest quality, locally created food that will leave your taste buds dancing with delight. Monica was a military brat born in Okinawa, influenced by Japanese culture and cuisines. First homemade dishes were shared with friends and family. Thereafter, wanting to share our delights with our San Antonio community. Milky Bread, Sandos, and Delights are created in a commercial kitchen (not opened to the public).
