Welcome to One Sweet Bite! I'm Jamie, a passionate pastry chef and beaming mother of three to my greatest masterpieces. OSB began in 2011, as a way to continue sharing my craft from home as I welcomed my first daughter. From farmers markets, to birthdays and weddings, to catering events of all sizes ~ this business has grown and become a community of clients whom I now call friends. After 14 years of carefully curating recipes and honing in on my baking niche, I am tickled to share my complete catering menu of cookies, bars, breakfast breads and gourmet pastries! As I send my youngest off to kindergarten, OSB is looking ahead and spreading the word about our catering, custom and bulk orders, *and* partnership opportunities with other local small businesses!
