I have a Passion for artistry and a commitment to excellence.​My love for cake decorating began in high school, and for more than 25 years, I’ve devoted myself to perfecting the craft. As a self-taught baker, I pour my heart into every creation, ensuring each cake is thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted, and tastes phenomenal.​In 2016, I officially opened my studio, turning my lifelong passion into a professional endeavor. With nearly a decade of experience serving clients, I’ve had the privilege of creating one-of-a-kind cakes that bring visions to life and make special occasions unforgettable.​I find immense joy in experimenting with new designs, always eager to bring unique ideas to life. This soft, delicious small batch, made-to-order, unleavened flatbread is the perfect addition to your Feast of Unleavened Bread—or anytime you simply prefer traditional, simple bread made without leaven. Each batch includes 6–7 pieces, each measuring about 6–9 inches in diameter. You can choose whole wheat flour (the type most commonly used in biblical times) or white flour for a lighter texture. While our classic recipe stays true to a biblical approach—made with high-quality cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of kosher salt—you can also request added seasonings for extra flavor.
